Shipping & Returns
Where we ship
We ship free to addresses in the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C.). We don't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses or outside the U.S. If an order is placed to one of those addresses, we'll contact you, and if we can't ship it, we'll refund the order in full.
When it ships
Orders ship within X business days of payment by USPS. You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Delays
If we can't ship within that time, we'll email you with a new estimated ship date and give you the option to cancel for a full refund.
Problems with an order
If your order arrives damaged, doesn't arrive, or you have any other problem, email support@survivedrive.us with your order number and we'll work with you to resolve it.
